This feather is my first (and hopefully not last!) tattoo. It is a Carson Ellis drawing from a Decemberists poster - one of my favorite bands. I got the tattoo because of my love of birds… and, also, because I loved the drawing. It’s on the inside of my right arm, and didn’t hurt nearly as bad as I thought it would!
